Hell or High Water
Most people don't plan on much out of the ordinary happening in their day. They wake up, go to work, come home, wash and repeat. They definitely don't plan on their best friend trying to fight God and getting locked up in Purgatory. Lillian Walker certainly wasn't planning for it. That is until she gets a phone call from her best friend, Wren, saying that's exactly what happened.
One bus ride to the edge of Hell later, she meets Jesse. He's tall, handsome and, well, a demon. With her friend's soul on the line, Lilly can't risk getting distracted by a charming demon. (No matter how cute his laugh is.)
Now, the trio has to work together to save Wren’s soul before time runs out.
